Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Virtual 360 ADS handles personal data on this website, which currently offers editorial content and a waiting list for the platform launch.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Virtual RL Especializada LTDA, CNPJ 52.197.772/0001-69, responsible for the Virtual 360 ADS product. Privacy contact: contact@virtual360ads.com.

2. What data we process

• Waiting list: the email address you provide, the page language, the date and time of sign-up, the source page and, when present, campaign parameters from the URL. Alongside the sign-up we also keep a code derived from your IP address (not the address itself), the browser identification and a unique unsubscribe code, used to prevent abuse and to prove consent. This data is kept for as long as the subscription exists.
• Technical access data: server logs with a reduced or transformed IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and operation.
• Cookies: as described in the Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it

To notify you about the launch and news of Virtual 360 ADS that you asked to receive; to operate, protect and improve this website.

4. Legal basis

Consent, for the waiting list, given when you submit your email; legitimate interest, for website security and operation.

5. How long

Waiting list data: until you unsubscribe or until the purpose ends. Technical logs: for as long as security requires, and no longer than twelve months.

6. Who we share with

Infrastructure and email delivery providers, only to deliver the service and under contract. We do not sell personal data.

7. Platform under development and Google data

The Virtual 360 ADS platform is under development and does not accept users yet. When connected to Google services under the account holder’s authorization, Virtual 360 ADS’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access Google user data only to provide user facing features within the platform: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and YouTube reports. Scopes used: Google Ads (adwords), Google Analytics (analytics.readonly), Google Search Console (webmasters.readonly), YouTube (youtube.readonly, youtube.force-ssl, yt-analytics.readonly).

We do NOT transfer Google user data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve these features, as part of a merger or acquisition with user consent, or for legal or security compliance. We do NOT use this data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized or interest based advertising. We do NOT allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required by law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations. We do NOT use this data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do NOT sell this data. We do NOT use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.

You can revoke access at any time in the platform’s integration settings or in your Google Account security settings; revocation stops access immediately. Details on the Google API Services usage disclosure page.

8. Your rights

Confirm that processing exists, access, correct, delete, obtain portability, withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time. To exercise them, write to contact@virtual360ads.com or use the unsubscribe link in our messages.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country by providers located in Brazil, the United States or the European Union, with appropriate contractual safeguards.
